SHIPPING
Delivery Times
- The majority of items available
through Retropolitan.com are readily stocked in our
warehouse facility. These in-stock items will be shipped
within 2-3 business days of your order.
- Some items available on our website
may take longer for processing if they are in transit to our
warehouse or on order. In the event that you order such an
item, Retropolitan.com will contact you personally to
advise you and provide an estimated shipping date.
Carriers
-
Retropolitan.com uses FedEx and USPS as its
carriers. Retropolitan.com can and will search for
best-cost carriers for orders that require pallet freight and advise
you of the costs.

If you would like your order billed to your
personal FedEx or UPS account, we are happy to do so. In
such cases, please email us directly (sales@retropolitan.com)
with your order as our website is programmed to add shipping
charges to all purchases.
Refused Packages
- Shipping costs for refused packages will not be
reimbursed. In addition, these returns will be subject to
our re-stocking fee.
RETURNS
General Information

You may return all items sold within 10 days of
delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that customzied items may never be returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

You will receive 85 percent of the each item’s
purchase if each item is returned:
Undamaged and in condition
similar to when shipped to you;
With all packaging materials and documents; and
With a copy of the sales receipt or copy of your internet order.
Process

To return an item to Retropolitan.com, please
complete the following:
1) Email Retropolitan.com (sales@retropolitan.com)
with: your order number, the name of the item, date purchased,
and your name, address and phone number. Please indicate
preference for an exchange or refund.
2) A customer service representative will respond to your
email within 48-72 hours (usually much sooner) and issue a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number on the
packing slip inside your package and on the outside of your
package. Please note that we cannot process returns without an
RMA number.
3) Return the unused item(s) and all packaging. We recommend
that you ship the item insured as no refund is available for
items that are damaged/lost in transit.

Once your authorized return is received it will be
reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Your purchase will
be refunded back to your credit card or an exchange will be
shipped. |
